I’ve been using Edge Control by The Thai J. Experience and let me tell you—it tames my salt and pepper edges like a champ. My edges stay moisturized, both to the eye and the touch. I actually started using it during an unintentional lazy spell where I didn’t wash my hair for three weeks (or was it four?) while rocking bantu knots. I started applying it on wash day and then every 2–3 days I’d spritz my hair, add a teeny tiny bit of oil (or not), sometimes follow up with a smidge of edge control. I did this for three weeks and guess what—no flakes, no dryness.
The key for me? I don’t pile on a bunch of different products. I’ve learned all my hair really needs is water for moisture and a little light oil to seal it in. So in a way, my hair stays “clean” throughout those three weeks. And let me just say—this product is a keeper. Coming from someone who used to be a full-blown product junkie (and went through a major purge), I’m staying strict about not building up that wasteful inventory again.
So my Thai J. Experience was “pure”—no competing products clogging up the performance. I’ve tried more edge controls than I care to admit, and none of them worked well with my gray. At first, I didn’t know how to really use it, but now? I know. And I’ve got the edges to show.

THIS IS EASILY THE BEST EDGE CONTROL! TRIED MULTIPLE EDGE CONTROLS MY EGDES EITHER CURL UP AFTER A COUPLE HOURS OR GET FLAKEY. THIS ONE DOES NEITHER AND IT SMELLS SO GOOD! DEFINITELY WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Omg, I think this is one of the best edge controls I have ever used. I highly recommend. It smells good and it works. Keeps the edges in tact while not leaving any white residue and keeps your hair soft while maintaining a strong hold. Definitely will be purchasing another one!

This hair is by far the best hair I’ve ever tried. I dyed the bundles jet black and it took the dye so well. I haven’t experienced any shedding or tangling.
